Sunday night in London saw a wave of copycat criminal activity across London in a second night of looting and disorder following the riots in Tottenham on the night of Aug. 6, 2011. More than 100 people were arrested as officers were attacked, police vehicles damaged and shops looted and damaged. The riots extended to regions such as Enfield, Walthamstow and Waltham Forest in North London and Brixton in the south of the city.
